Satisfaction & Exchange Policy for Custom-Made Insoles
Got a Question or Need an Exchange?
At DrFooty, we’re committed to providing high-quality custom insoles to enhance comfort and performance. Because our insoles are made to measure, we offer exchanges only, and do not issue monetary refunds.
If your custom insoles don’t meet your expectations due to sizing or fit issues, you have 30 days from receipt to request an exchange.
Exchange Terms:
- Free Exchanges in Spain: Exchanges within Spain are free of charge.
- International Exchanges: For customers outside Spain, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchange Process:
Our team will work with you to find the best alternative if you need an exchange. Once approved, you’ll receive a return slip by email to drop off the package at a local post office or collection point. After receiving your returned item, we’ll dispatch the new product (subject to availability) within 14 days.
Important Conditions:
To qualify for an exchange, insoles must be new, unused, uncut, and in their original packaging with all labels and proof of purchase intact.
