FAQs

How long does it take to receive my custom insoles?

Once we receive your foot impressions we 3D scan your impressions and our in house podiatrist analyses them before the production process begins. This is usually completed with a couple of days and your insoles are posted immediately so usually within 3-5 working days you should be in possession of your bespoke devices.
However during odd periods of high demand this process may take a few days longer. If that should occur we would inform you of a delay by email.

How do I know if your insoles will fit me correctly?

DrFooty insoles are bespoke meaning they are made to measure to your specifications. Your foot impressions are 3D scanned and are made to your exact dimensions. At the beginning they may feel a little strange which is completely normal, and that is why you may think they don’t fit correctly. This transition period doesn’t last long and you will soon get used to them.

Can I clean my custom insoles?

DrFooty insoles are made with anti fungal materials so generally speaking they will not produce an odour. But like all insoles they will become dirty over time. We advise cleaning them with a mild detergent and a damp cloth periodically. Never place them in a washing machine, this will deform them and render them useless!!!
